A testament to all that we stand for is our star project: Shanti Nagar in Mira Road, which was Asia’s largest housing complex when built. The vision to transform the suburb was conceived almost 4 decades ago & we will be working actively on upgrading the lifestyle of Shanti Nagar for decades to come. In the initial years, we undertook the complex task of building a water supply infrastructure to the area so that the residents could attain a comfortable level of living. The project involved the construction of over 20km of water pipes, which was all done at no cost to the residents and resulted in converting Mira Road into a bustling suburb. We have also been actively involved in creating the social infrastructure of Shanti Nagar & hence built the Shantinagar High School which is active since the last 30 years, Shanti Nagar Jain Derasar, Sarveshwar Shanti Hindu Mandir and The Shree Swaminarayan Mandir amongst others & still remain involved in their functioning as trustees.

With over 37 years of experience in the real estate industry, Ashit Shah overlooks every aspect of the company and he is the force behind the Sales team. His drive for excellence is a huge motivating factor to the team who strive to meet his ideals. An avid cricket fan, he also dons the hat of President, MCHI Mira-Virar Unit and is a Director at Vraj Packaging Pvt Ltd, an ISO 9001:2008 Certified Company. In spite of his work commitments, Ashit’s desire to give back to the community led him to start the Shanti Nagar High School in 1987, which he now oversees as a trustee, as well as being a key member of the Shanti Nagar Murti Pujak Jain Sangh.

A trained engineer and IIM Bangalore alumnus, Rikhav Shah’s innovations and ideas have given fresh impetus to the company’s growth with his keen interest in legal, liasoning and business development. To add to his accolades, he is the youngest ever Joint Secretary of the MCHI Credai—Mira-Virar Unit and a committee member for MCHI Suburban Property Expo, the largest property trade show in India. An avid sports lover, he is also a travel enthusiast and an active start-up investor who is clued into the industry.
